# Examples

**🔴 High Severity + High Priority**

**Payment doesn't work.**

* Severity: **High**
* Priority: **High**

Because customers cannot pay.

***

**🟢 Low Severity + High Priority**

Imagine the company logo is wrong on the **homepage** immediately before a major marketing campaign.

* Severity: **Low**
* Priority: **High**

The application still works, but the business wants it fixed immediately.

***

**🔴 High Severity + Low Priority**

Imagine an internal admin feature that crashes, but:

* only 1 internal user uses it
* there is a workaround
* it isn't needed for the current release

So:

* Severity: **High**
* Priority: **Low**

The technical impact is serious, but the business urgency is low.

***

**🟢 Low Severity + Low Priority**

A small alignment problem on an internal page:

Button is 2 pixels too far to the right.Button is 2 pixels too far to the right.

* Severity: **Low**
* Priority: **Low**
